* A 50% cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation.

* "No Show" appointments *****WILL BE ******charged at full price.

*If you are late for your appointment your treatment time will be modified accordingly, but you will be charged the full amount for the service you booked.

* These fees apply to all appointments including gift voucher redemption.

* By not replying via a phone call to our text messages or voice message you are confirming your appointment and the above terms apply.

* A 50% deposit is required when booking an appointment.

* We have qualified therapists for health fund rebates, however you must mention what health fund you are with when booking your appointment in order for us to ensure you have the correct therapist for you to claim on your service.

* Prices are subject to change without notice.

* Not all service's are available at all clinic's.

Our clinic is Dept of Veteran Affairs approved. Private Health Fund and Medicare Rebates are available.
